During my stay, I appreciated the free shuttle to downtown, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. As a single traveler, I found the convenience of borrowing one of the complimentary bicycles to be a rewarding way to see the neighborhood.

I noticed that the on-site restaurant was not open for dinner, which limited dining options in the evening. The continental breakfast was basic and could have included more variety.

The accommodations were clean and well-presented, with a pleasant pineapple theme throughout. Appreciated the friendly and mostly attentive staff, along with the convenient free shuttle service. However, the small room felt cramped, and there was a real noise issue, especially hearing neighbors through the thin walls. Additionally, a cleanliness concern arose when something unpleasant was found between the couch cushions, though the staff did follow up afterward.

The room was spotless and spacious, with a cozy corner perfect for relaxing with our kids after a long day. The complimentary cookies were a delightful touch that our children loved!

During my stay, I loved the easy access to the Burke Museum, just a short walk away, and enjoying some delicious meals at Pineapple Cafe located just steps from my door. it made my weekend exploring the city truly enjoyable.
